10. Chicago White Sox: Ian Anderson, RHP, Shenendehowa (N.Y.) HS

The White Sox are known for the way they develop pitching, and while they could go in numerous directions, Anderson would be a good fit. Anderson has a high-ceiling and is one of the top prep arms in this year’s class.

Two other options for the White Sox could be prep outfielder Blake Rutherford and prep left-hander Braxton Garrett.
