Packers vs. Vikings: Preview and Prediction
- Updated: October 15, 2017
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has had mixed results in his career against a Mike Zimmer defense.
In eight games – two against Cincinnati and six against Minnesota – Rodgers is 4-4 with 15 touchdowns, while being sacked 29 times.
While offensive tackles David Bakhtiar and Bryan Bulaga are active, the Packers defense is missing numerous starters or key contributors.
The Packers lost to the Vikings in Minnesota last season, 17-14. Don’t expect a high scoring game once again.
These year’s matchup in Minnesota will come down to the final possession, as this game will be a defensive affair.
Prediction: Packers 24, Vikings 17
